I was able to rate albums on www.discogs.com , now i can't find the rating function anywhere anymore. Am i blind, or did they remove it? Would be surprising, as it still shows the album rating, and the number of voters.

I hope they have made it more difficult to rate albums.
In the past there were bots who massrated albums, for example, two "users" had a go at U2's discography, rating every issue of almost every release at 1 (lowest). For some reason or other they wanted "bring down" U2...
That Aes Dana album is indeed great, quality of psychill was high back in the early/mid 00's. I'm not so happy about Ultimae output these days though, I feel they are treading water, and signings like Circular is not really what Ultimae is about IMO.
