Offline Computer Activation

Hi,
I can't activate my offline products with Offline Activation of the Arturia Software Center:
It seem that the form online does not work, when I upload my request_file.ascr it says Empty message body, is it normal?
Cause it's already 4 day's ago that I've done this the first time and nothing was sent to my mail (I've already checked my Spam folder).
So what can I do about that?

Hi Ben,
(almost) same problem with me here. I uploaded and then sent my activation request file almost two weeks ago.
On the website it said this would open a support ticket and I would receive an e-mail with the activation file and the procedure to follow. But nothing has happened yet, since then I have been waiting. Also, I have seen that no support ticket has been opened yet.
As I was unsure whether Arturia received my request file at all or whether I might have done something wrong, I underwent the same procedure again, sending Arturia another activation request file (but, as a matter of fact, I only need the activation for one, i.e. my offline, machine). Same result.
I sent an e-mail to arturia support one week ago, but I haven’t got any answer yet.
So I actually feel helpless because I can’t find any information at all as for how long the activation process might take, and I don’t know who I could turn to.
Maybe I did something wrong.
BTW: I did check my spam folder.

All the machines are running perfectly. Fantastic sound (but this is what Arturia is known for, anyway).
