Reverb Code viewable?

Hi, I see the Steve Duda is using the Togu code for the Reverb in Serum. Did he license this individually or is the code available publically under certain conditions? I'm always curious how other people do reverb.

As far as i can remember, at least parts of the code TAL used where made available. I can't find it anymore on their site now though, but there definietly were documents. Maybe he removed them when going payware with some of his products.
