Hi,
I'm new here.
I searched but could not find an answer to my issue.
I have Studio One 2.6.4, Win 8.1 64bit on Asus GVW75 DS1. I recently purchased, Sylenth1, Spire and V-Station.

Also, I purchased soundbank for all three synths. Sylenth1 soundbanks work perfectly.
Spire and V-station are not seen in Studio One browser and if I point to import, Spire banks show a "this file could not be imported' and V-station banks show "file is imported but this is not a V-Station file".

Soundbanks were bought from a reputable shop-Freshlysqueezedsamples- and should work.
My Win 8.1 operation system is updated. I also tried putting soundbanks in different location to be recognized but to no avail.
Any help is appreciated?
