Thanks Alias9593..
Unfinished is high on my list. Their bundle is 93 pounds which is almost my budget..
Any other recommendation??

Padsheaven Trilogy, for scoring, ambient etc.

Michael Kastrup's banks are very good and cover all those famous 'bread'n'butter' sounds of synthesizer history.

Freshly squeezed Samples Collection for modern 'EDM' production.

+1 Padsheaven (i haven't picked up the third yet, but the first two are really nice).
I also really like the Arksun soundbank.

I'm sure people will pretty much name 'em all...but there are LOTS of good ones out there.

Thanks for the reminder, re: Michael Kastrup. His contributions to the freebie soundsets definitely have me of a mind to check out his commercial stuff. The Unfinished bundle looks really compelling, too (though it makes me wish i had the dark zebra)!

My faves (in no particular order):

Zebra Science
Dark Zebra
1st Encounter
All by The Unfinished
Padsheaven trilogy
Project Xebra
Deep Space

Another enthusiastic +1 for Padsheaven. I paid no attention to these sound sets for a long time because of the "Pad" part of the name, but there's much here besides pads. Mr. Hollo is one of the best sound developers I've ever come across. He just did a library for Massive that should not be missed either.

I didn't see if anyone mentioned the EDT (I looked it up, 'Zebrosis') set ? I found it on par with the Continuum type of cinematic/variety packs. :) Also, my own of course, but wait a couple of weeks for the big -spring sale- and save a few bucks on those. 8) As far as strictly -dance- music type ones, I'm sorry I can't be of any help there.

I love how Zebra STILL holds strong.

Dark Zebra U-he (Interesting)
Ambient Zebra VSP (Awesome)
Zebras Dream in Color Vol.2 VSP (Tasty)
Zebra Science U-he
Some other already mentioned.
