Shouldn't be much longer until they are working for PC too! Hopefully not more than a couple months.

Yes - standard USB to Lightning or 30 pin.

Im on PC too and use an iConnectmidi4+ at the moment - it works very well but unless your looking to add multiple devices to the chain maybe overkill.
