So many others in this thread have already said what I wish to express so there's no need to repeat those sentiments. This is ominous, brooding, and definitely emotion-invoking. Fantastic work. It reminds me of late night driving music (Lost Highway anybody?!).

Late night driving music, in the rain, with the wipers in slow-motion. In fact, make the entire scene in slow-motion.
I don't think I've watched a Lynch film in over 10 years. Time to do something about that
