How will Itunes go on subscription/streaming in June

Does anyone have a notion, idea, educated guess, if Itunes will start subscription/streaming in June, and refuse to give musicians the option of not participating in this type of selling?
I have a new album and want to stay away from streaming for the same reason as most people: no money in it. I like selling by download, and also selling the CD, but no streaming.
