Convert midi notes to CC?

Hello people, Im new on the forum. Ive seen some threads about this, but they are kinda old, and helpful links were broken.
A friend just borrowed me an Ion Discover DJ controller, Im no DJ but I can use its potenciometers to control parameters on my vsts that I run on Ableton. The thing is that the controller comes with lots of buttons that trigger midi notes (even the platters do this) so I cant assign them any parameter to control in, lets say, a synth vst.
So any idea to solve this problem? I was thinking, maybe a helpful tool would be a vst capable of remap midi notes to cc messages.
Again, I'm using Ableton live 9, and my notebook runs windows 7 64bits
Thank you!

If you're not tied to Ableton, Reaper has many free internal JS programs that can handle it natively.
Note to CC, CC to Program Change, CC mappers, etc..
I think you can also rewire with Ableton, or I think there's a native way to do that in Reaper as well.

Sorry, I replied this to an old thread - because it's the one that came up in Google for future reference!Dirk Diggler wrote: Sun Jun 06, 2021 5:28 pm If you're not tied to Ableton, Reaper has many free internal JS programs that can handle it natively.

Personally I'm using FL Studio and Bitwig (less experienced), I think Bitwig may have a way to map the Midi Note to CC but I didn't look into it yet. Using the Piz Midi Pack worked for me in FL Studio, the plugins are added as instruments and you can wire the input port and output port of the midi per plugin in FL to route it between the different instruments and effects.
