...to balance out the negative comments you see here sometimes.. good to focus on some positive things sometimes (especially when it's pissing down outside)

I recently bought Pro52 from a fellow KvRer and NI handled the licence transfer for it and the Pro53 update within a few hours

that's very good customer service to say the least
a far better treatment than what you can expect from a lot of other companies (big and small)

I officially declare this 'positive day'

I tried the demo for Intakt yesterday (god knows why) and it sucked big time. No idea how that f**ker works at all, so NI must be crap. Stands to reason (and thats crap too)

I have never had anything bad to say about NI. I own almost everything they offer & if I can't figure out how to do something with one of thier instruments, it's MY fault.

I don't understand why people bag NI or their customer service.

there aren't that many companies that give out free software like "Metaphysical Function" are there?

And you can't argue with their products- Kontakt does get some flack, but things like the Pro53, B4, Reaktor- absolutely wonderful software

If Kontakt 1.2.0 were a woman (substitute gender of preference) she'd be clever, smart, absolutely gorgeous and have a hangover all the time.
