Does "windows refresh" mess up vsts?

Hello, Windows has a new feature but it is not clear if it backs up programs before it refreshes. Best to unlicence Waves and such before trying it?

Who knows what the new feature does . If your licenses are on the PC (not on a USB stick), I would move them to the cloud using WLC before you play with Windows. It's better to be on the safe side.
