Thanks! Ran into that and was still in the process of making sure I hadn't done something stupid before reporting it.

By the way - are the red panels dipped in LSD?

I'm not sure why this is, but whenever I load it (in Reaper btw) the GUI doesn't show up. Only the host default GUI.

When I go to the http://xsrdo.net16.net/ link listed above, and choose 'free download' it takes me to the v0.77 version. I installed it , but am only getting the demo version.

having a problem - no matter what I do, I can't get it to show that 'setup' window.
I had it working with the last version, in FL Studio, and Reaper.
Here's my process:
deleted all traces of previous Patchwork Modular, both from VST folder and from host, c-drive, etc.
Re-scan (init) plugin db.
copy new .dll to host plugin directory (in FL, it's ~/data/plugins/vst/)
Re-scan plugin db.
Load Patchwork Modular.
....and, nothing. It loads with host GUI, and I never get the setup window.
Same w/ Reaper, except of course it's 64 bit, so I have to put Patchwork in Program Files(x86)/Common Files/VSTPlugins/...
Sad, the sound is great, but no GUI.
Any hints? Anyone else use FL?

The plugin is still in beta, so might say 'demo' in pink on the GUI. But it's still a fully working program.Ridan wrote:When I go to the http://xsrdo.net16.net/ link listed above, and choose 'free download' it takes me to the v0.77 version. I installed it , but am only getting the demo version.
When I get to v1.0 it will be OK.

There is no 'setup window' anymore, everything is embedded in the DLLZ3R0T0N1N wrote:having a problem - no matter what I do, I can't get it to show that 'setup' window.

I've started a new Compatibility web page to show it working in various hosts on my laptop.
I don't know much about FL Studio but I will try and work through each issue you guys are having.
I don't want to install every VST host program as I like to keep my windows installation clean
and not connected to the Internet.

Has anyone tried this on a first generation Receptor? Since I'm migrating away from Windows, I'm trying to get as much Windows-only VST stuff into my Receptor as possible.
I'd like to check out Kirsty's synth but the last time I tried to download (months ago), I ran into website frustration and gave up. I took a look toward the website again a few minutes ago and found that the web host links are pretty hostile with advertising. It even forces an iOS device to open the App Store, giving no way to continue to the website.

This is AWESOME! I played around with an earlier version but very quickly ran out of bays due to needing many splitters to route single outputs to multiple inputs. Now I have enough bays to do complex patches. Thank you thank you thank you
Seems to work great in Reaper x64.
Am I correct that there is NO wavetable editor in this version? Any documentation on the file format?
What sets the speed of the sequencers and arpeggiator? They don't have a gate input or beat multiplier control that I can find, and the digital sequencer seems to change speed quite on its own...
It seems that the presets have nothing to do with their names - bug? Leftovers from previous install? I know my old saved patches are still on the list, but won't load...
Module wish list: Oscilloscope and voltmeter
System wishlist: A new manual - mine is so old it looks like this:

OK, I'm off to play!

Yes, you are correct.Am I correct that there is NO wavetable editor in this version? Any documentation on the file format?
I'm porting my code into a separate wavetable editor program. I didn't use the one built in to the plugin enough to justify
the extra code maintenance. Currently the beta version file format is just quick 'n' easy raw additive data. My intention is to
use standard *.wav files for v1.0 and then perhaps support other software/hardware synths.
Arp & Digi Seq = host MIDI BPM.What sets the speed of the sequencers and arpeggiator?
Analog seq = any gate signal.
I'm not investing time into presets whilst it's still in beta because I still change the internal code a lot.It seems that the presets have nothing to do with their names...
Yes, I've been thinking about those type of modules alsoModule wish list: Oscilloscope and voltmeter

Sorry about that. My free website only allows file sizes of 5MB so I have to use a 3rd party file host.Jace-BeOS wrote:...I'd like to check out Kirsty's synth but the last time I tried to download (months ago), I ran into website frustration and gave up.
