Then i think it's a bad framework to use for commercial plugins. Unless you want to limit yourself to customers still on 32-bit. Which is an decreasing client base i would think.

There are other commercial plugins that are 32 bit only, like tubeohm or avetra. I'd like to by some tubeohm synths btw. So, while the user base is indeed decreasing 32 bit format is far from being obsolete.
Question is if there are good bringing solutions for bridgeless daws, like studio one. Jbridge anyone?

I use JBridge in Live 9 64 bit and works flawlessly. I didn't know S1 was bridgeless...recursive one wrote:There are other commercial plugins that are 32 bit only, like tubeohm or avetra. Was really interested until I saw this. Gotta have 64-bit AU or else I can't use it.Anjey_Olaf wrote: The project is created in FLOWSTONE (64 bit - no, mac - no, only 32-bit)

Same. I need 64 bit AU. I understand the whole 32 bit thing. I get it. But it won't last. In the immortal words of juan atkins, "you can't stop progress man. " If you are planning on selling this or keeping it around for any amount of time I would plan on headroom to go 64 bits at some point when it becomes necessary (and it will). Otherwise..excellent endeavor.

For the love of God, is this joke still going on? 4 years later and STILL nothing?
I can't believe I wasted all that time going through 18 pages of nothing.
Cell will be released when Robin Williams has another hit movie.
Oh wait, he's dead...never mind.

You all remember that guitar amp sim that sounded so good that had this massive series of posts? I don't remember the title or who was involved, but it was a vaporware saga of epic proportions.
Ah the good old days.

If you find the link (assuming it hasn't been deleted) let me know. I can use some entertainment for a while as long as I know that's all it is.Codestation wrote:You all remember that guitar amp sim that sounded so good that had this massive series of posts? I first tried to find Cell about 2 years ago. I can't believe this is STILL going on.
Maybe this will be the new record holder.
