But this is KVR. No, this is the internet. People will continue to go on about it nonetheless. Someone will find something to keep it going. Surely your time could be better spent making music or doing something else more productive. Or not.
I can assure you, with that kind of reply you will not make a lot of friends on KVR,it seems you know a lot about piracy and downplay the weight it has.
Words like "pointless conversation" and the like, for me it is just trolling on a "higher" level but not a contribution to the topic of piracy.

It nearly seems you want to defend piracy.

I'm not interested in replying to you if you further write your nuts and want to impress me.

But one thing to contribute to this thread and not to write hollow weak words of "opinions".
If anybody thinks that downloading and installing warez is that easy and going so well.
From my experiences, most computer problems (windows) are coming from those illegally downloaded files, people are not aware that those installers often contain more than a fresh hacked installation of a product.
Mac's seems to be less vulnerable but this doesn't mean that some shit is running in the background as well.

In Germany there are many law offices those are scanning movie streaming sites and a lot of people are getting letters from them to pay several hundreds of euros (punishment) because they caught the IP while peeps watching a Hollywood movie, otherwise they are going to court.

I think this will happen with software as well in the future, albeit with the big software players.

And for the blind ones, piracy is a business therefore there are economical interests to promote it.

Beside the mentioned and the ethical reason, one more reason not to use warez is because the shit you're installing polluting your computer and maybe drastically harm your privacy, which imo is likely happening.

He has a good point there nonetheless. :P What do threads like these change? It's just typical internet pointlessness. Bla, bla, bla. Bla. And bla. And what has changed? Nothing. Instead ,threads like these are like a reservoir of people trying to play the moral instance, and turning this discussion into a rich vs. poor thing. Good stuff. :? It's significant that the company who actually suffers from the piracy talked about here won't even enter, let alone post in these threads, but rather opts to contact the persons in question, and asks if they have a valid license. No big deal, no bla, just normal business. Noone needs a funeral stake, or public tearing and feathering. Even if it's EDM artists.

See,i'm not talking about "him".
Actually i was talking about Future music magazine the producer of "those videos" and their poor warez marketing.
I'm not trying to convince "the people" or to change the world,i doubt that most of the people are understanding what piracy is,so there is a chance for the reader,to build an opinion about this shady company.

Well, shady or not. Warez are very popular in our society. I don't know anyone who didn't, at some point, have cracked software on his computer, or downloaded/burned music, films, whatever. So basically, i wonder why it would be such a huge shock that someone uses a warezed plugin. Yes, it sucks, and it hurts companies in a business which is pretty small, and some hardly can survive, but, again, the diffusion rate of warezed stuff is HUGE.

FM should get their act together nonetheless. It's unacceptable that they publish the umpteenth video now with an artist using warez. It's slowly getting weird.
