This thread <3 . Careful with the blue coast links. Some of the files have odd distortion. Ananda is lovely but there's an odd warping effect. The level of clarity and detail is nice though

There's a load of "pay what you like even nothing" stuff on Bandcamp, most of it pretty good (and always downloadable as lossless). Of course, you can't search by that criterion - just have to go through your chosen genre looking and listening

I still feel a little guilty when I dont pay for the free bandcamp albums... I guess another way to correct the imbalance is to find remixable tracks to produce for non commercial use (unless the artist gives the go ahead

).

Does anyone know of any older albums or albums ideal for sampling (instrumental/stripped down arrangements/acapellas)
