NyquistEq bug?

After messing with NyquistEq in Audiomulch, I decided to use it in an real project this weekend, this time in Nuendo 2.

I set up NyquistEq to filter a drum loop and then saved my project and left the studio. When I opened the project later that day, the break was no longer being filtered. I checked the setting for the track and NyquistEq was active and set exactly as before, but the audio was not being processed. However, as soon as I made even the slightest modification to the EQ curve, the filtering became active! :?

Clearly, I won't be able to use NyquistEq in Nuendo as long as this behavior exists. Can anyone else duplicate this behavior? Oh, and by the way, I haven't tried to save projects in other hosts to see if this is unique to Nuendo 2.x or not.

Thanks for the great plugin, bugs or no! I can only see it getting better.

OK, I see I'm not the only one:

other user with same bug, only in Cubase SX

Is Magnus aware of this bug?

Thanks for reporting this bug. I am aware of it and as soon as I get some time over (hopefully soon) I'm going to fix it. I'll post on kvr when it's been fixed.

Not sure if this is related.

In Sound Forge 6.0 using NyquistEQ in the Cakewalk VST wrapper, when I change the audio selection, Nyquist's curve resets all parameters to 0.
