I did consider the drop also, the demos sound very good but I actually find myself somewhat more partial to Volcano's sound for most of my work as well as Fab Filter's workflow.
Not judging, just curious
Waves Meta filter is nice as well, but does'nt have a huge range of options. And only a few filters, but what it has is pretty cool.
However Volcano's architecture is very well thought out and it offers a lot of options to the user.
