Hi Manuel - I have downloaded it again but same issue. What is the file size it should be? I emailed support as well.
I own Metrum, Sidechain, and about to get Glitch Bitch, so definitely a Vengeance fan - hoping I can try Phalanx properly.

I just downloaded it fine from here http://www.vengeance-storage.com/Phalan ... ontent.zip
it must be ~527MB
after downloaded, please unzip it and import it into Phalanx by dragging the file over Phalanx' Gui for example (here is a video how to import it: )

Thanks Manuel - when I try to import it (both drag-n-drop or using the Import function), I get the following error in OS X:
"Some error occurred while importing files! (err-code: unknown error)"

Got this to work. Turned out you have to manually create the /Library/Application Support/Vengeance/Phalanx directory under your USER (it was already created in the System HD). After that, it worked. Not sure why the installer didn't do this.
Still playing with it - I personally think having a sequencer and maybe the ability to layer more samples per pad would be killer. For pure drum programming, Geist is really great and offers layers, but obviously, the interface leaves a lot to be desired. Phalanx is like Battery IMO in some ways - with lot more features, but not sure I'd use all of them.

Superb, It would be cool to see a sampler that offers detune and unison

ok i just realized you have to turn off this button AND set the Env to 100% so that the filter is bypassed. thx for the reply.

hey,
is there any option to preserve the time of pitched samples? so I can play chords? (like the kontakt feature time/tone player)
because deep tones are slower played than higher ones... of course...

Hi,
Now that VPS Avenger has released, I remember seeing talks of there possibly being a step sequencer addition for Phalanx. Is this something that is still in the works?
