Looks and sounds really nice - I would buy it on sale but $92 seems steep... perhaps I'm just too cheap!!! I want to save my $$ for the new Akai Advance 61!!!

I found a lil' bug in the preset browser. If you use the < and > buttons to browse through the presets and if you're in the left column, it will go up to the next column when reaching the bottom even though if you scroll down, there's more presets there. In the right column it will continue to automatically scroll down when using the > button. Sorry for long sentence but i've only had a zip or two of my morning coffee so far ......
Example: Folder is FX and then Artificial. First preset at top left is Trolley Dolly, at bottom left is Freepy Frog, at top right is U-Noise MW and bottom right is Harpaqua. If you start at Trolley Dolley and press > until you reach Freepy Frog and then press it once more, you'll go up to U-Noise MW instead of automatically scrolling down one row to ....................................... ohhhhh damn! I see what you've done here! Spooky! Ok, pull off the bug hounds Smithers!

8.10! When i click check for updates it says no new updates found.MeldaProduction wrote:Carckbaby - main question - are you using 9.00b3 version?
But regarding my "bug" above, i don't think it was a bug.. just me not figuring out that fairly cool way you browse the presets. Interesting way to do it!

Hehe ok, very well
. Regarding the update, it's currently beta, but the official release of this probably biggest update ever should happen in a few days.

Always liked the melda freeware stuff ;
However ..Have a hard time liking this one ..
Sure , al lot off effects ( if not all ) have been included , ability to create feedback loops ..which is nice ...
Downsides ..sluggish gui , when certain effects are shown the gui becomes verry unresponsive especially those that have graphics (saturator )
Oscillator section feels a bit left behind ( partials , unison , etc ..nice ) , just as in the freeware stuff., both nothing more, no wavescanning
etc...wavetables,
The way the whole thing is set up is ust verry unintuitive .;like creating a multistage envelope , wandering trough multiple windows etc, dragging bezier curves/handles ...
The effects sounds superb .. gotta say that
But in the end I don't think this one is for me
My 2 cents .

I'm afraid it was on sale 3 weeks ago, so it will take about 2 months, before it gets on sale again.Numanoid wrote:Which round of the MeldaProduction Eternal Madness sale will MPowerSynth show up?

Been playing with the feedback module in the effect chain , and for some reason ..the feedback signal is only repeate once ...( repeat time defined by feedback delay time )
Setting the feedback near 0db should increase the feedback loop , no ?
Iow , I can't get it to work like a regular delay with feedback.
Unless , the output can't be routed back into the feedback module ...which I think is the case here .
p.s. I' ve read the instructions on how to use the feedack .module

Of course it does repeat only once! That's how feedback works
. You need to mix the feedback with the dry signal and send it to feedback again to create "feedback loop", which is what you probably want. Check some of the many FX presets, or just press Random until you get some feedback FX configuration.

Woow ..they have just the effects section as a plugin called mxxx.
That's more interesting to me ..
Stll ...gui is verry sluggish and slows down the refresh of almost everything

What's your computer exactly? I have tested it on several computers and no problems with GUI really...

Be careful here, "feedback" is usually heavily simplified, because the processing itself is quite problematic. Anyway did you figure it out?
