I have a pair of fostex monitor speakers, the speaker cone on one is very slightly caved in, and at louder volume there is a crackle - can this be repaired, how?

You might be able to fix the cone by using a bit of sticky tape...
I however don't think it's very likely that the crackle is related to it.

Vaccum cleaner may help pull the shape back (use lowest power and increase slowly). The crackle may indeed be unrelated as jens has suggested.
Just make the music that you enjoy (failing that go for a walk, watch some porn, have a fight with a random bloke until something else happens).
