I'm not very good at action scripting at all. But I was wondering if anybody knew how to create menu's that have inertia? What I mean is those menu's that sorta scroll towards the mouse until you click on an item. Like this.

Also, whats a good place to get some tutorials and action script examples?

Thanks in advanced to anybody who points me in the right direction.

those sort of menus are popular with flash programmers, but i think they are too clever by half and not very good functionality for users....

We must not be using the same internet. I did a search and found a bunch of template sites and some other weirdness. I knew there had to be some secret stashes somewhere

ahh well to be honest I left out the 'n' in actionscript and my search in yahoo was

actioscript "scrolling menu"

which brought up only 2 results, the first one being the site I posted in the link

so perhaps I just got lucky with it..
