Thanks, Doug. That's good info :)

I'm definitely going to buy this, but probably not until the summer. I have my hands full with various projects at the moment, but I can definitely see this getting a lot of use here.

finally got around to downloading this.

How does one go about using it in Live? No matter what I do it sounds bad, I can't tell if I'm doing it right.

Thanks,

+100,000,000 for MIDI learn. I use Cubase as well, and the Generic Remote feature is a royal pain in the ass to set up and use for this purpose. MIDI learn should pretty much be standard on any plugin where automation may produce interesting sonic results, IMHO. Actually, I think it should be standard on all plugins, just because, but that's a different debate.

The point is, I would benefit greatly from such a feature, and I'm sure many, many users would as well! Also, a VST 3 version with sidechaining would be absolutely wonderful. Setting up the quad channel tracks is laborious and tedious.

I love the way this plugin sounds and it does a fantastic job at what its designed for, even if the CPU hit is substantial. This is a revolutionary product! The interface looks great, but I was disappointed that the control options aren't as robust as many other plugins on the market. Address these few but important shortcomings, and this is a 10/10 for me, easy.

Great work on the algorithm, and thanks much for actively engaging with your user base, Denis!

Hey all,

thanks for the feedback! A "no more tooltips please" button would be cool, I agree. MIDI Learn is in the making, too (no ETA though as even stuff that seems quick & simple always takes longer in the real world...). It would have been there from the get-go if I was more of a Cubase user myself, I guess...MIDI remote is really quick & painless in pretty much all hosts I use regularly (Logic being my main "playground" these days), so we kinda assumed that such basic functionality would be well covered in DAWs nowadays.

VST 3 will be available as soon as the plugin SDK we use supports it. It's on the top of our feature request list with the manufacturer of the SDK ;-)

In LIVE, insert the plugin on one of the two tracks, and send the second track to the plugin's "B" input by selecting the plugin as the destination in the second track's OUTPUT selector. This is covered en detail in the manual, which is installed to (IIRC) /Applications/Zynaptiq Plug-in Support/ on the Mac and <Program Files>/Zynaptiq/ on Windows. Or, you can simply open it by selecting "Open Manual" from the "About" screen, which opens when you click the Zynaptiq logo in the top right of the plugin GUI.

For setup info in FL Studio, please contact us via email, we have a step-by-step "walkthru" that hasn't made it into the manual yet.

Now back to making UNMIX::DRUMS even more awesome.

Cheers,
Denis

As someone who uses Cubase almost exclusively, I feel the frustration towards Steinberg for their hard-headedness. VST3 has been a line in the sand for my beloved U-he as well. I wish steinberg would get a little less Propellerhead on this and open the world back up again with their earlier SDK's. Do they think they're Apple?

Hmm, I didn't say *that* (and must admit to not knowing Cubase well enough to really comment on it) :D

Actually, all the guys at Steinberg I've met so far are really cool guys that are highly cooperative and totally passionate about their products. I don't perceive them as being "un-open" at all. The ball is really in our part of the playing field to support VST 3 as it's not exactly like they introduced that very *recently*...

I was a little harsher than I intended. I do still use Cubase afterall. I still think your stuff rocks as well, FTR. :tu:

Looks like Don't Crack can also do the same price.
Now, which one to choose, since I have no experience with either.
My main tools: Kontakt, Omnisphere, Samplemodeling + Audio Modeling. Unify = godsend. Tari's libraries also rock.

I've had good experiences with Dontcrack a number of times. Likewise, seems like a lot of folks here use JRR regularly as well. Don't recall any issues. :tu:

Hello!

I downloaded Morph2, installed the iLok License Manager and activated the trial license. Right now I have more than 25 days remaining for trial, but unfortunately, several days ago I was invited into very time-consuming project and have not enough time to test Morph2 thoroughly.

So, there is question: if there is a way to deactivate the trial license temporarily (to be able to resume the trial in the future)? (I'm on Mac, if this is important).

I'm pretty sure the answer is negative, but I'm rather new to iLok, so I want to be sure. :help:

Thank you!

No, you can't pause the trial -- but if it expires on you, email us and (very) briefly explain why you didn't get to properly evaluate, we'll then be happy to issue you a trial extension.

Anyone noticing that zynaptiq morph does not use the skin of their other plugins?
particularity knobs and sliders including background and preset browser and algorithm select button and colored texts?

All these plugins looks fine:
pitchmap, unveil, unfilter, unchirp.

If zynaptiq was going to create more audio restoration plugins.
I hope they don't use the skin from morph and unmix::drums.

I want the skin of undistortion to be the same as unfilter.
