there is lot's of noise softly in the mix. at ±1:35 the sine-wave comes in which sounds a bit too loud / like it is messing things up at bit, in my ears. the sample of the seagull(?) is very cool but also very low quallity subsequently it's decay is very noise-rich which is okay were it not that that the noise-rich decay suddenly stops rather than fades away. this is very noticable.

think your song would benefit from a noise-reduction and perhaps something to give it some more depth. now the sounds are sort of plastic & shallow to my ears.

i hope you can get anything useful out of my post.

The noise was intentionally added to add to the feeling...without it it sounds kind of wierd.

I must sorta agree here on the noise thing. I can understand it listened better then without, but I feel there is just a tad too much right now. I personally feel that the sorta piano sound in the first part and end suffered greatly under it.

I would have thought a seagul too since you are using water/wave-sounds as well.

A rather calming song which I'd love to hear finished
