Spiralia: need your help!

Hi guys!

I've been working on this track since Friday evening. It's on a pre-production stage and I'm sure it can become 'something', but there's something wrong about it, and I'm expecting you can give me your contributions.

I suspected I have to do a lot of work on drums (toms way too strong; maybe add some reverb...), but what else?

cool I dig the synthy sounds, kinda reminds me of the gameboy sound. The melody line is very nice, but as you said there are a couple of Hard beats for like a climax, my question is what aproach are you thinking to take for the genra in general. cuz It'd recomend some hardass undustrial beat in some sections and then switch to something more suttle. perhaps a bit more of atmospheres at the end as well. dunno thaz my opinion. what program you workin on man?

Yes, to look for something more trancy and send drums to background; I'll have to work out something because CPU is already screaming (Athlon 2600); maybe to replace the whole bassline.

For some reason from moment one when this track starts I hear a richness (and a sort of undertone) in this that seems just too much. Not sure if it is feedback of something specificly or analog feedback from an amp of some sorts, but it sounds not right and appears to be constantly there.

I'm not sure about those industrial drums; but I think that's more a personal opinion. My favorite part starts at 2.33 with some nice pads and a more minimalistic approach.
