Great, there are differences between analog and digital. How does that matter when making music? If I have a song and play a real Moog Mini or an Arturia Mini V for the lead part, will the notes be the same? Will the "general" atmosphere of what I'm trying to convey with that sound, playing THOSE notes essentially be the same even if there are differences between the sounds of the Arturia vs the Moog?
When your audience hears your recording, outside of gear freaks (and that is still debatable) who will know the difference? Hell, how many people will even know you're playing a Moog at all?
I have a piece up on Soundcloud with 22 different synths. I guarantee that nobody can tell with any certainty what even ONE of those synths are.
You like analog, great.
You like digital, great.
You like hardware, great.
You like software, great.
In the grand scheme of things, when you're talking about the music, it doesn't mean a hill of beans.

I wonder if there is any progress
I guess I will wait until the end of April. If the new version is not out by then or still has no decent, native PW control and modulation per osc, I will probably sell my license and get a more classic synth instead, maybe Tal's U-NO-LX or something like that. Since I got Korg's M1 I don't really need synths as such anymore, the M1 covers so much terrain. Maybe even Charlatan would be enough for the remaining basic synth sounds...

So this skin is only for the OSX version of Sylenth? Because "Retina" is an Apple marketing term...

I just hate that Year-10 school project font.

It's a pic of the skin (how it could be maybe) not the skin.
