Good, can the wave sequencer have freely drawn values rather than having to drag each one separately? (ie just 'scribble' a shape for them all)

Are you talking about the Drawable Osc or the Wavesequencer Module ?

I echo Teksonik, these are both great solutions. Thanks WilliamK for your hard work.

The wave sequencer, you can only move individual sections, I would like to just sweep the mouse across to make a shape.

Oh ok I see what you mean now. You can only change the value of one slot whereas in V7 you could just hold the left mouse button and change a series of slots. I agree this is very useful.

I'd also like to have the slots already in place as they are in 7 instead of having to "Add Step to End".

Yes generally you would want to make them all follow a certain pattern, doing it one by one is slow.

I'm listening, shout if I miss something after a few days. :hihi:  I'm working on the WSeq Mode II support now, a lot of work, but is almost there.

Post

Almost there with the WSeq Mode II. :hyper: The good news is that it will also be available right away on Wusik 4000 & 8000 (well, after I compile the new betas for those, of course). Also, this will help importing legacy presets, as they should always use Mode II anyway. But in some cases, such as Drumatoxin, you could set to Mode I and have a different sound.

Great ! Looking forward to the new beta. X Fade in Wusikstation is as important to me as a Saw Wave is to a Moog............ :hihi:

Yes!!! After working 48 hours like crazy, and I do mean it, I finished Mode II and other things you guys asked.

Beta 28 Uploaded, both Windows and MAC, public and private files. The MAC files needs the skin updates, so download MAC_Skins_Update_Beta_28.zip too if you are on the MAC (do it last and replace the skins folder with the contents of this file).

- The Layer display ceiling is now based on the max number of layers of the Sample Player Modules. Added Mode I and Mode II options. Mode I is a polyphonic no XFade sequencer and Mode II will use the XFade in a monophonic way just as Wusik Station V1...V7 used. Drawing is now free, to change only one step hold Shift. The Right Mouse button (Command+Click on MAC) plus Shift allows to Zoom In/Out the Steps. An option to add 64 steps at once was added too.

If I missed something, please, do tell me, and let me know how to improve things up.

I will optimize some other areas soon.

Cheers, WilliamK

Just had to cross-post this, as its awesome!
Crackbaby wrote:I was surprised trying the wusik8 beta

3osc and 1 super OSC going through their own filters and then into an insert filter. Reverb/Delay sends.
The third osc in 3osc is -12 semi tones and has a pulse waveform which is modulated by a very very fast lfo which rate is modulated by an envelope :)

Thanks William ! X Fade seems to be working just as in earlier versions. I like the new way of displaying which sample is loaded. Now you can really see what's going on. 8)

I need to work out the Amp Env. How does one get a simple ADSR with no loops points ? What's the difference between Sustain 1 and Sustain 2 ? :)

Much better, thankyou! Have a rest now.

When you get a chance the Mac installer doesn't seem to install or update the plugins, had to do it manually again.
