Thought it would be nice to have a place to give kudos to companies and folks who have provided you with great customer service.

My recent ones:

- Eventide: Were very responsive, and generously helped me out with an issue of the kind other companies might tend to disregard.

- XILS Labs: Xavier also was very helpful in sorting out an issue with an older product, which might otherwise have not gotten such an attentive response.

I was having problems authorizing Loom after doing a complete OS reinstall because, apparently, Air Music Tech had changed their authorization process between the time that I first purchased/registered it and when I recently reinstalled it. I called them a few weeks ago, was connected with an actual human very quickly, and he got me sorted very quickly, and in a friendly and professional manner. I was pretty impressed.

I've also used U-he's support on several occasions over the past year and they are always very responsive.

GForce were quick getting back to me when I had a problem with Imposcar2
Refx got back to me within ten minutes on a Friday night

Uhe - Very very good. Urs took the time to fix a silly mistake that I made. :oops:

Tone2 - Also very good (Bastian is a very nice bloke to deal with).

ilok - Had a very positive response from them on a couple of occasions.

Kush - Very quick to sort out my serial code glitch (very polite customer service).

Xils - Again were very helpful (Xavier was cool).

Air Music Tech - Simon Bangs was very helpful with codes and authorization, ect.
I will take the Lord's name in vain, whenever I want. Hail Satan! And his little goblins too. :lol:

Xfer Records - quick and competent help with Serum. New built with fixes was available in less than two days.
GRM and iLok Support Teams - very fast help with soft-iLok issue, they recovered all my licenses.

Big Tick, Admiral Quality and Wusik have véry fast and personal support and should therefore be mentioned here. :tu:
