I still have a hard time commenting on tracks. I'm lacking the terms etc.. So even though I'd love to give more constructive thoughts here and there (if I have them at all), most of the time I'm commenting from a very emotional listener's POV. I guess this is another great aspect of OSC - after 3 months I think I slooooooowly start to learn to go from "WOW such bass" to something more informative. :)

Edit: Thinking about it, maybe this is the very first step to become a better producer - analyzing and verbalizing things. :borg:

But, that is great. I'm sure people still really appreciate your comments. If the music touches you, evokes certain feelings, then it's good to say because this is probably what was in the mind of the composer, and they will like to hear that - well I do for sure.

I find reading the comments of others sometimes makes me think - "yeah, your're right, that is a really good bass sound - or that section is great etc ..." - I might then "+1" that comment, or add my own (relating to that fact picked up by someone else). The interaction with others is very powerful here and in the end, because it's a "challenge" not a "competition", then we can all learn from each other and strive to make it above the halfway mark, hehe! Even those "names" at the top make tracks slightly below par for them at time - although recently, they have been out in force and producing some awesome tracks- dammit!
Cheers,

Did you sign up? It is _not_ your KVR account. There's nothing shady going on, it just costs cold hard cash to buy a certificate every year and the last one expired. You can either accept the expired certificate or use the other link.
