Hey kvr
Just composed a new tune and figure it's perfect for a "guess the synth" challenge.
Listen to the demo below and have a guess.
The synth used is revealed and the competition has ended.
Strobe 2
https://soundcloud.com/leap-into-the-vo ... lumination
Rules: One guess per person and day. Competition ends on Monday. If theres no correct guesses until then, the competition will continue until the first two (2) correct guesses.
The first two (2) correct guesses and one random selected person will win.
Prize: Each of the three winners get one Leap Into The Void soundset of choice. (bundles excluded)
Added a second tune.

Added a third tune called "Access".

Cheers and happy guessing.

Well, it doesn't really sound like anything I own unless there is some heavy duty processing going on here. It's undoubtedly digital sounding so that eliminates a lot of analog emulations like Diva, etc.
I'm not sure you'd make this so simple as to make it one of your sound pack synths as there are only 4 to choose from. But if I had to pick one of those it would have to be ABSynth.
Since I really have no clue, and that's the closest thing I can come up with, I'm going to go with ABSynth for the win.

Tough guess. Considering it's relatively new, and probably can do those sounds, i guess Xfer Serum.
Although wagtunes has a point there as it sounds a bit Native Instruments-ish. (disclaimer if my guess is wrong

That sounds horrible and depressing. Probably some wavetable synth...

Serum is a possibility, if he tamed it down for the track. The synth is capable of some nightmarishly wicked sounds. I'm not hearing them. But like I said, Serum can do nice mellow pads too.chk071 wrote:Tough guess. Considering it's relatively new, and probably can do those sounds, i guess Xfer Serum.

It's a great synth with a wide range. So yeah, always a possibility.
I'm still going with ABSynth though. LOL.

Have you HEARD his Bazille demos? LOL.Markku wrote:Bazille could do that sound.
If this is Bazille, then it's a deliberate attempt to trick us all. LOL.
Yeah, Bazille can also sound tame as silk too but man, what a waste of power. LOL.
