Rendering/downsampling problems

I'm having some odd problems that seem to point to the rendering engine in T6.

It seems my aux sends and perhaps some plugin settings get changed during render with a 96kHz project to either a 44.1kHz wav or an mp3 within Tracktion. The same thing happens when I create an edit clip from the mix. I also get occasional midi notes that seem to stay on as well.

If I render out at 96kHz and then downsample outside in Ozone or Audacity, it sounds just like it does in the DAW.

Here's a couple short samples of what it sounds like.
Same passage, first is rendered at 96kHz (and what it sounds like inside T6), second is what it sounds like when rendered as a 44.1kHz or MP3 from within Tracktion without the sound changing.

Aux sends (and maybe eq plugins) changing - most notable on the "clap" the reverb send is louder

Since I finally figured out what is happening (and that I was not nuts), I can work around it by going outboard to get to an MP3. But I'd really like to take advantage of the edit clips and obviously being able to cut an MP3 directly from T6.

FWIW, edit clips also sometimes up the pitch by 1 semi-tone as well, not sure why but at least it's easy to straighten that part out.
