Is there a site or thread that has all the Commercial soundsets for TAL-U-NO-LX and TAL-BassLine-101 in one place?

But a lot, yes. This website is named "KVR Audio". A look into its database by this link seconded by a search using the search box (at the top right of every pages) is generally a way to discover many things we had missed out on.
