So I will be going overseas to study and I will be leaving behind my studio monitors.
Can anyone give some recommendations for decent computer/non studio monitor speakers?? I am currently producing EDM so im looking for speakers that can produce bass decently
I will be using my ATH-M50 headphones too for monitoring...
Thanks

Maybe consider a set of open-back headphones? A high-quality set is basically as good as a pair of monitors, though you do have to be careful about ear fatigue.
I'm personally looking into the AKG K 701's. I don't know if they're appropriate for what you're doing, though.

+1. I have the K 702s and they're perfect for sound design and mixing when you can't use monitors.Shaloxeroligon wrote:Maybe consider a set of open-back headphones? A high-quality set is basically as good as a pair of monitors, though you do have to be careful about ear fatigue.
