What specifically do i need to get good reads from my audio mp3s
For instance. I would like them to play quickly and as soon as the cd hits play in my say for intance winamp player or whatever even from a download.

The smaller the bitrate and the smaller the filesize, the faster it will load.
Otherwise I think there is not much you can do.
I could be wrong of course, since I'm a noob.
Oh, faster hardware (faster CD player, SSD hard drive, internet connection) will help of course, if that's what you are asking.

Cd's have to fire up the motor, move the tracking arm and start reading. If you want faster play response times, you need to place your audio on an SSD instead.
