Hey, I am not sure if this is the right place to write this topic, but whatever.
I am wondering if anyone would be interested in buying Komplete 8 without the dvd's (I am not selling it now). Would that be too bad? I mean you can download the 10+ .iso files from their site.
So do you think anyone would buy that, and how much is a reasonable price for that.

The thing is that it is a catch 22 situation.

One has to install Komplete from the DVD's in order to register Komplete in order to get access to download Komplete from the NI site, when the user don't really need to download it because the user have just installed it from the DVD's.

Selling the NI account with Komplete, might not work out from a legal point of view and also because the user buying it could end up having problems registering it after installing.

But again, NI will probably move the .iso's over the the buyers account, wouldn't they?

I wouldn't count on it.

I have bought second hand NI serials, and it has proved difficult to get hold of the installer files.

Without an installer, the serial is useless.
