I got an ADSL router. And I'm using ZoneAlarm too. But I tried unloading ZA and didn't help at all...

Guys, not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I can't login to the Chat anymore. I get mostly the same error on every server I try to connect, stating that my proxy server is banner or that I'm not authorized to use this proxy. BUT I'm NOT using a proxy.
Any ideas?

i have no problems logging into IRC (efent.demon.co.uk) here using trillian on ADSL (no router though - i think - not sure what an ADSL router is TBH) with zonealarm up and running

I can't get on either.
No router, says I'm banned, (no real firewall either!! Don't worry it's not my computer!)
I just gave up.

We aren't the first ones to have a problem with the java applet. My main problem is that my internet computer at the moment isn't mine and I can't put IRC on it.
