FIXED (iLOK + Tone2 Products = crashes + SHUT DOWN) FIXED thx TONE2 !!!!!

tone2 still has to tell and prove this + WHAT their FIX EXACTLY does and WHY it isnt included in the installers!

so until the final question isnt answered i wont be calm. either ilok sucks and/or tone2. i want to know the final question, if they dont answer it they hide something. then i will test the fixes. if they work then why?

Based on what i just found (see my posts above and also what i just added to the Tone 2 forum) i needed the iLok fixes for Rayblaster, Gladiator 2 and Nemsesis while for Electra 2.1 and Saurus 2 it was not necessary.

My guess is that as those are the 2 latest plugin releases a fix is already included or just not necessary.

Anyway as i mentioned above a crash for me only happened when swapping from one Tone2 synth to another at a track with an iLok protected effect while it did not happen from a new project or a saved one (without swapping plugins).

As i am one of the Tone2 beta testers and finally found how to get such issue with iLok and also how to fix it i will of course keep an eye on it in the future, especially after having installed the iLok fixes now.

OK BIG update! Tone2 provided me with all ilok fixes (ASAP and thanks for that!) and i tested 3 plugins so far. NO SHUT DOWN and NO CRASHES so far . i even got a reply what those fixes do!
They will also the next updated installers so those fixes will be included. i was unsure because i wondered myself WHY those fixes werent added in the installers a long time since the fixes were released. so now i got only ILOK on my blacklist left (and spectrasonics for still not fixing my 32bit omnisphere authorization probs lol).

to ANYONE who will still talk shit about those watermarks etc. prove it first before posting this crap first . i dont trust any illegal warez groups' talk. ilok however has already been proven to do shit with your pc, some more and some less + their crappy licensing safety systems (+ backupplans).

im glad tone2 was false alarmely in suspicion! glad for that as im using their plugins in so many projects!

now i would be happy if uvi and soundtoys would totally get rid of ilok then i could be ilok-free!!!!
