Looks like it's not a free upgrade unfortunately, but I guess we'll see.

I've used Devastor in nearly every production since I bought it, so I'm excited for this.

Since this is a multiband distortion how do you think it will compare to Izope's trash? I already own Devastator V1, but compared to the demo's i've heard of Trash it's a not in the same league. Maybe I'm just not using it correctly, but if they can get this to Trash's level of quality with the new iteration I might upgrade...

Trash is more versatile. I say this without actually owning Trash because Devastor is purely a diode clipper with amp overdrive and filters. It was pretty much designed for people doing DnB or 303-based acid house and want that "overdriven/clipped in a Mackie desk" sound. And it does a very good job at fuzzbox effects.

Devastor is freakin' excellent! The sounds it makes just gel with my ears so much better than what Trash 2 makes.
