so - this thing i hear is going down - audiobus remote - has a lot of lmitations regarding ios number and no ipad 4 connectivity - is this right? can't audiobus make workarounds? and spread functionality to a greater range of ios devices - it is hell having to always, always, yes even always get the newest landfill just to use an app which shows promise - just sayin

Audiobus remote is basically just a tether between two iOS devices for quickly switching apps that are running inside Audiobus.
EXTREMELY handy when switching synths or amps in AB.
I HATE the side-tab deal in AB when performing live. Too clumsy.
I think it's iOS8 only, so not sure about iPad4 unless it's running iOS8.

It requires iOS 8.3 and Bluetooth 4 LE, so while it should work on an iPad 4, it won't work on anything older than that (and since that's my newest iPad/iPod I wouldn't have a second screen on which to use it)
Hope this helps...

And for those apps that have the triggers it can be a lot more than just a quick app switcher
