Hi,
Does anyone know whether Cubase 3.7R2 is VST 2 compatible. I don't think it is, but I'd be greatful if someone could confirm one way or the other. In particular, does it support the 'chunk' saving of presets.
I didn't realise that anyone would still be using it, but one of my customers has a problem, and is using Cubase 3.7.
Thanks
Ben

Wow :!:Cubase 3.7 now that is what I call sticking to your guns.Well if it aint broke...And all that.
I couldn't say with 100% certainty but from all my days in Carillon Audio i've only dealt with 1 customer insisting on continuing to run 3.7.
I Do not think it is VST2 compatible at all,in any way shape or form.
I know its a crazy suggestion but have you asked Arbiters tech support

It is VST 2 compatible (that was its main feature if I recall) check the following link-

I have no idea about the chunk saving though, someone on the vst-plugins mailing list would probably remember.
