I have just purchased a Pod XT and once I was updating the drivers etc came across this:
http://line6.com/modelPacks/home.html
I made my purchase and was in the middle of upgrading my pod when the line6 site went down and subsequently my upgrade failed. I informed line6 of this 36 hours ago and have still not heard from them. Also, I have to say that I find their whole support system for reporting faults crap - why can't you directly email customer support these days, instead of going through these crap faq systems that never have an answer for the question you ask.
What are other peoples experinces with Line6 like? Have I just been unlucky.
What is Line6 support like?

bummer man, I'm sorry to hear that. I have never had to deal with customer service from line 6, I'll have to keep this in mind. I do know sometimes I have had problems on their page. Especially tone transfer..baggio wrote:I have just purchased a Pod XT and once I was updating the drivers etc came across this:

The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world. It requires profound, purpose‐larger‐than‐the‐self kind of understanding.

Well, I bought the triple pack toniht and updated my XT with no problems. Did you get the licence ID etc? It should just let you re-update the XT using the Monkey utiliy?
From the speed of their servers I would think they are swamped.

The problem I had flametop was the line6 server went down in the middle of updating. Therefore, my pod was not updated but the line6 website thinks I have installed them so I am left waiting for line6 to sort out the problem - which is now hitting 48 hours without a response form them.
