Are you referring to the GMS-Patcher stuck note issue from this thread?: http://forum.image-line.com/viewtopic.p ... 0&t=143985

If that is what you're referring to I'd suggest you bump it and ask Reflex whether or not it has been fixed, he would be able to let you know for sure.

Thanks. Saw something about it, ran into it today, was just wondering (since that was with 12.02)

Is there not a way to record audio (guitar/bass) with a sim and have it not record the sim (so you can adjust later? 12 is wonky for this to me and the new beta 12.1 isn't helping. It's got to be some idiotic thing I'm doing.

would it work if you insert edison before the sim plugin?

Not really, not to mention that isn't logical for recording vocals, guitar, etc.

Why doesn't it just record the dry signal to the playlist (or whatever it's called) w/o printing the fx?

And no, the beta doesn't work any better. There has to be a logical step I'm missing. Somewhere in the spaghetti that is version 12 somethings missing.

Put the FX on the next insert along and route your guitar input insert to it. Monitor your recording on the insert with the FX, but record it on the insert with the guitar input. You then can hear your guitar as you want it (on the channel with the FX) but the part that is recorded is dry.

Thanks, I'll give it one last try
