Please don't give up  You were the first one to come with an approach that actually "saved" space. Regarding your layout, I would only make one change -> put the envelope modules up one "floor", and put what is in the second "floor" down. But I really would like you to keep working on this. Please...

So how do you like the sound of Poly-Ana fmr ? We're putting so much emphasis on the gui we tend to forget PA is an awesome sounding synth............ :)

I already knew that :) I have been demoing it for quite some time already. The problem was never the sound, the problems was programability - I could never do anything with that GUI, and to me a synth is not just to play, I have to be able ro program it. Now, I am, and I already started

It is indeed a fine synth. with that touch past glories like the CS80 (which sound I am trying to "emulate" now), and the Jupiter-8, and maybe also the earlier Obies, like the OB-X, had.

Great ! Glad you're loving it. I spent a couple of hours today with three instances of Poly-Ana loaded up playing the keyboard just for the joy of it. Huge sound. I've been banging out a few more patches as well. Lots of fun..... :)

Well thank you very much for the kind words..... Yes I'll release the patches for free. They need to be tweaked and level matched and I have some from before the Anti Aliasing button was added so I want to go through them and see which ones sound better with AA enabled. Some sound better with it off.....more raw and with attitude. :)

So yes I'll make any patches I do available and will work on them some more today. Hopefully others will share their patches as well. There is another skin coming (not allowed to say who it's from yet) but I have the feeling it will be of such quality that it will inspire a lot more people to join the Poly-Ana nation...... :D

This is documented in the release notes. It's in the poly-ana user application support folder where the license key goes.

Is it possible to freely relocate UI elements or is there some set templates?

In short, yes you can move elements wherever and, yes there are some "fixed" criteria.

All details you will need are here:

With Hoverland already winning a license, how many licenses are up for grabs?

I don't think there is a set number but I'm not sure. I imagine every skin that passes inspection from the Admiral will get a license but again don't quote me.

I will say that working with the Admiral during the creation of a skin gives you a much better chance of gaining approval. :tu:

Did some cleanup. I only went back nine pages or so. If you think your post was removed in error/overzealousness/whatever you can PM me and I'll take a look (they're out of sight, not deleted, so if needed posts can be put back).
