hehehehehe

I think Bill is trying to lock down his position as worst cover artist of all time. Ever heard his cover of "Lucy in the sky..."?

Post

:o

Good old Bill he seems to bring so much pathos to every song but still not as good as his cover of Rocket Man though.

Post

I can't believe that's actually him...

has to be a spoof, like HeeBeeGeeBees, but a spoof cover than something original in the style of...

nice take on it tho'!

It really is him - he has a history of releasing bizzare cover versions dating back to the 60s.

Another great Montrealer does good!

i don't know, Bill's done some pretty wacky covers over the years, there was a rumour a while back that he was supposed to be doing a cover of Gary Numan's 'Cars' - even the great pale-one thought it was going to happen - would love to hear that

What song do y'all think would be best and worst suited to Shatner's all-too-imitable singing style? My votes go to...

Best: "MacArthur Park," Richard Harris/Jimmy Webb

Worst: "Immigrant Song," Led Zeppelin
(tie) "Iron Man," Black Sabbath
