It's Sylenth 1 v3, just as you can have Dune 2 v4.x etc etc
Same thing is FM7 vs FM8 from NI

It's still Sylenth 1 though, in a new version, native 64bit. No new features, no new engine, etc. So this makes sense. Maybe it'd have been enough to go to version 2.3, since it is not a huge upgrade. But it's still Sylenth 1.
If I remember right they work on Sylenth 2 (in version 1.0.0 I guess, or less). But that's another story
They don't.tristan- wrote: Dune 2, Spire (soon Spire 2) and Serum (not really a VA) are practically killing it sound wise.

But a real Sylenth2 must be more than a mere facelift update.

The sounds are different. I wouldn't say they kill Sylenth. But the features in Sylenth need a major uplifttristan- wrote:I don't know about it.deft_bonz wrote:hahaha... good oneaMUSEd wrote:Calling it Sylenth 1 v 3 is silly - they should just call it Sylenth 3.![]()

stardustmedia - high end analog music services - muratIt's not "Sylenth® 1". It's "Sylenth1®". Nothing silly. Example:aMUSEd wrote:Calling it Sylenth 1 v 3 is silly - they should just call it Sylenth 3.

Didn't Depeche Mode already sung about it, "Enjoy the Sylenth"mhog wrote:It's not "Sylenth 1". It's "Sylenth1".aMUSEd wrote:Calling it Sylenth 1 v 3 is silly - they should just call it Sylenth 3.
stardustmedia - high end analog music services - muratWell... in this case I guess "A Question of Time" would be more appropriate...deft_bonz wrote:Didn't Depeche Mode already sung about it, "Enjoy the Sylenth"mhog wrote:It's not "Sylenth 1".
