its called "nightway", a demo of my old band, not too great in production, but beautiful if rather sad (i believe).

Hope you enjoy it, Richard

Great ethnic sound here.
Not enough music like that here :?

Sounds somewhere influenced by Enia but still is orginal.

The only thing I personnaly wouldn't have done is use a slap bass.

Great :)

:D Great you liked it.
With the Slapbass i agree, its probably overdone - can change this now, however, but perhaps i do an updated version at one time.

Another agreement on the slap-bass here. Do tell though what you used for the sorta voice you used in here; a very interesting sound created there. I much enjoyed the ethnic percussion especially just after the break. When those horses whinnied in that break I was half reminded of the Avalanches and was expecting frontier psychiatrists to start.

When you say band; do you mean this was played live? If so, pretty darn impressive.

I'd be interested what a new mix would bring :)

The Voice and Percussion are samples from the "Heart of Asia" - CD, save the Guitars which have been recorded live all comes from the sampler (old Dynacord - ah, these days..).
"BAND" = 2 Guitarists, much studio equipment and occasionally a singer

Cheers, Rich
