That one has the Ableton mute bug, so I searched for a later issue - but no DiversionFX.

Edit: Checked my CM177DVD, and Diversion FX is also on that, then I didn't buy a issue until 182, but Diversion is still on that. So there should many options for anybody wanting to get it secondhand.

So you say it's definitively in 177 and 182? Don't want to order a copy without it.

I got it from the vault for Computer Music Issue 182. I also just checked the download for issue 183, it's there too. So you can certainly get a digital copy and have DiversionFX.

No, they removed it when they made the new Studio package, it only contains cross platform products these days.

But it should be in 177, or so it says somewhere in this thread.

Well, I just downloaded the vault content for Computer Music Issue 183 now tonight and it was there. The crossplatform products only thing happened sometime after issue 183. You can get issue 183 from Zinio or some such and have a copy of DiversionFX.

So if buying issue 182 or 183 in Zinio, anybody can get hold of DiversionFX via the CM Vault

I just checked, it is also included in the download from CM vault for issue 184 (with issue 185 the CM studio was relaunched).

Good for you, see post above from August 20th last year where I acknowledged that it was indeed included with other issues.

So as you got it on two DVD's what do you think about it, good, bad?

I like to use the trance gate sometimes, i like it. The other effects (phaser, chorus, distortion, delay i tried i think) are so-so. Not the best i ever heard, but not bad either i guess. Definitely a cool plugin though all in all. Although i'm not a big fan of such effects suites in general. They can mostly do a bit of all that, but you're better off using dedicated solutions when you want to have more options and tweakability.
