put plugins/windows as "always on top" in Cubase S

Is it possible to put certain Windows or plugins as "always on top" in Cubase SL/SX 1.0?

I would like to have CPU Resources up at all times for example.
Also, I would like to have a Frequency Analyzer (any recommendation btw?) always on top aswell. Is this possible?

if you open a plugin (any for now) right click in the area next to the load bank/instrument button, 'always on top' will appear for you to select..

Never thought about a solution to this before..just accepted it was just writen that way...hehehe

I use a dual monitor set-up...but it`s still a bit of a pain in the ass.
