Kixah: I have no idea about ist ETA. It´s still in development.
You should apply @ Gopher for beta-testing :)
With 64klang2 it´s possible to access the MS SAPI. This is how I created the vocoded sounds.
Samples are too big ...
For some insight in 4klang, try this: http://www.pouet.net/topic.php?which=10457&page=1
Maybe we should open a 4klang topic? It´s a modular synth too...

I think you should type that into Google. Seriously. I just found out about it a few years ago and I was wow'ed to say the least.
Ah, I see. OK, well the demos sound excellent but I suspect they are outside of my nerd range. I'm at a Tassman level when it comes to this type of thing.

Another 64klang2 demo track.
Again one single instance of the VST and no other plugins/mastering used.

amazing phy mod synthesis!

Besides physical modeling, what other kind of synthesis would be worth a try?

One other question. Will this be available as VST or just standalone?

Hi Virgill,

Thanks for the reply.

I am not recognizable figure in the demoscene world, so I don't thinks so he will be keen to share the synth with me at the moment, heh
I will not even bother him, perhaps Ferris will release his own Wavesabre synth earlier ;)

Definitely would be nice to have all informations about 4Klang in one place. Kind of knowledge base with example patches, songs and videos.

Many thanks Virgill for the Pouet link. I was trying to find any good manual regarding 4Klang, but luck. Now I can start to study the synth again :)

All the best,

Tom

Man, I'm impressed! Wide variety of realistic sounds.

Sometime ago I also had an idea of physical-modelled modular. If you want to win the world, think about redesigning it to Serum-like interface ;) Modulars are for nerds, you know. This has huge commercial potential.

Been asking for the VL-1 VSTI for 8 years now. 64klang2 just might be the substitute.

WIVI did a good job with waveguide for Orchestral Brass.

Again, no external plugins used.

I love Demoscene stuff but it's mostly Windows only, is that the case with this plugin?
