cubase sx -> assiging STOP/PLAY/RECORD to a midi #cc ?

hi people!

i was seraching through the forum, but the most questions about midi and cc was about how "speaking" to a synth via cubase sx. thats not my problem!

i have a novation remote 25 midi controller, and it has a "transport section" on it. (means: play/stop/record/forward/rewind buttons).

but i have the problem: i cant use them via cubase sx. i tried the cubase sx 2 files from the novation page, but they didnt work.

what do i have to do , to make this STOP/PLAY/RECORD stuff work ? at the template on my remote, it is speaking to sx via "cc" commands !! can i assign those stop/play/record stuff via cc ? the MMC commands dont work

i would be so happy about any help!!

sorry for "double" posting, but really NOONE have ANY suggestion ? i cant imagine noone wanted ever to do the same ?

Device Setup->add/remove->add generic remote

Then add a control (in the setup of the generic remote, the lower part of controls) and set it to control device "transport", there you can find start/stop etc.
