Probably lol. I was just thinking can't you save them out from exisiting ensembles? I'm curious how that works but the demos from the PB video sound pretty good for what's there.Numanoid wrote:I'm just thinking, what will this years x-mas gift be from NI? oh yeah a cool new Block for Reaktormusikmachine wrote:as long as NI are adding more modules in the future which i assume they will!

Yeah I could upgrade or crossgrade and just found that out...that's so tight!musikmachine wrote:E-Vouchers don't work with crossgrades and updates, just checked.
...and what exchange rate are NI using? I can ignore $99, but €99 v £89 come on.

6 part series on building with blocks here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... _rya-bspC4
Found it in a thread on the NI forums, some comments from beta testers and other stuff, i was curious about Maschine and KK integration and the latest updates support it.

CPU usage looks quite high, judging by that videomusikmachine wrote:6 part series on building with blocks here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=P ... _rya-bspC4

I guess that should be possible, if you have a 5 GHz monster of sorts.

One question...
Has Reaktor 6 been coded to support multi core CPU's ?

No - there's some discussion about it on the NI forum, it seems it was heavily discussed during alpha testing but given the modular architecture was felt not to be realistic. Not sure why but evidently it was considered but rejected on technical grounds.

Fun so far. Digging the blocks implementation.
CPU might be a bit more than last time perhaps. I've got a fairly good cpu, so maybe I'd notice the difference a bit less than some, but the difference doesn't seem drastic here.
If you like the blocks idea then it's probably well worth the upgrade just on the face of it. Probably many more improvements when you look deeper for those that do - I haven't yet, and I'm off to bed before I get sucked in too much on a school night!

I'm so surprised this release doesn't coincide with the release of Komplete 11. I can't imagine they fancy the idea of shipping an old version of one of their flagship products for an extended period of time.
That said, I really like the idea of the blocks. And to use Drive in a synth configuration? Yummy!

Conversion $99 to Euro €88.34 to GBP £64.42+20% = £79.70 and a £10 charge thank you very much !!
They really need to sort their payment currency out correctly.
On a lighter note. Just found the "on the run" block in the user download...Floydism and hypnotic tweaking Im in a state of Karma lol
